This is a hotel go-to for Cartagena! the venue is charming and small. - the rooms are brand-new with ear plugs and a balcony. - the breakfast has marvelous options with eggs cooked to one's taste.

The reception was very helpful, the rooms had character, the location was great!

Relaxing place with OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff and good food. A wide range of products for a large and marvellous breakfast. Efficient check in & the service was very good. Everything very comfortable. Amazing and fantastic location in Old Town, easy to get anywhere.

The rooms here have a unique and cozy feel with comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and helpful, plus the location is unbeatable and convenient for exploring on foot.

It looked exactly like the publicity photos and was well situated. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room was fine and the food offered was quite varied.

The swimming pool was really only for children and very small. Internet access was not available in the rooms but there was a working computer available in the hotel. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes tended to be in that area at night and I was bitten rather a lot. There were many channels on the tv but no news channels in English- no bbc or cnn or sky, which we thought rather poor for this hotel.

Hotel was great and quiet little, appreciated our stay.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Cartagena, had much fun and met good and personable staff upon your request. The location was unbeatable - ease of access to view remnants. The hotel itself was in a lovely area, not far from historic Cartagena, the cafes, clubs, restaurants and squares, and restaurants and bars.

Got a spacious room with cozy beds, a nice balcony, and even a comfy sofa, just like they promised. the location was amazing, with a beautiful view, and Bolivar Park was just a short walk away. 🌳

Great Hotel in the center of Cartagena!

Our trip was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was centrally located in the heart of the old town.

Great location - close to everything in the walled city. Hotel is clean, nice, quiet, air conditioned. Note that a Junior Suite is just a regular sized room with a larger window/balcony (not big enough to stand on). The standard rooms just have a small window.

This quiet venue has very beautiful facilities, pleasant and exceptional staff, a great restaurant, and a variety of delicious meals available.

Power outage. Also, the advertised "3-person Junior Suite" was actually two 2-person rooms." This was a convenient arrangement for my group, but it was a surprise.
